In a nutshell
1. Click the Blue Box
2. Run the Program
3. Provide me your Username and Password

Step 1

Start at the home page www.123pcr.com

Left mouse click on the blue box.

Some systems will go straight to downloading

or you may see a box

"Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to the computer?"

You will need to left mouse click the "Yes" button to proceed if you get this box.

Sometimes this box opens minimized and it will be a flashing icon at the bottom of your screen. If you see something flashing left mouse click and it will open the box.

Step 2

Next you will be prompted to "Run" "Save" "Cancel"

Depending on your computer speed you may have to wait a couple minutes for the program to setup. This is the screen you will see.

Step 3

Please be patient it takes about two or three minutes.

A window will open showing you your ID and your Password.

You must give me the information from the "Your ID" and "Password" before I can connect to your computer.

When I connect to your computer

A box will open asking you to give me permission

You have ten seconds to left mouse click the "Show screen"

When you allow me remote access to your computer your screen will flash and change colors to let you know I am connected.

You will see a box in the lower right hand corner which is a control panel.
