I started doing remote computer support in 2007 and have watched it evolve into a very stable and reliable way to help people with computer support issues.
So a little history about me:
My first exposure to computers was back when DOS was king. While I was in the United States Air Force during the late 80's I worked on updating thousands of computer files. I also learned discipline and teamwork while in the Air Force. I was honorably discharged and pursued an education at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls while I worked full time as a Police Officer.
I enjoyed Police work however after five years I decided there had to be a safer way to help people. My thanks to everyone who serves their Country, City or County.
I spent the next 13 years working at a little company known as Texas Instruments. I provided on site and remote computer support to literally thousands of users World Wide. On average I would help ten to twenty people a day with computer issues.
I have worked on many various aspects related to computers. If I do not have an answer odds are I know someone who does.
With well over 15 years of technical support I will bring my knowledge to you through remote computer support.
This is my business and I am a one person shop so you will talk to me every time you call. I am a Made in in America technician.
I know it is difficult to trust someone you know very little about and I am hopeful this insight into who I am will bring a level of trust to you.
I enjoy outdoor activities and if you ask my wife she would tell you I am a computer technician, motorcycle riding, horseback riding, swimming, boating, mechanic, home renovator, who is mostly fun to be around.
I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Our Great Nation was founded on trusting in God and I am hopeful we find our way back.
